🎯 Job Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries through Call, WhatsApp, Email & Chat
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions
- Coordinate with the development and technical team
- Follow up with customers regarding projects and support requests
- Maintain proper customer communication and records
- Explain website, software and digital services to customers
- Handle customer complaints professionally
- Provide regular updates to clients
- Follow up on leads and enquiries
- Maintain a positive and professional relationship with customers
- Escalate technical issues to the concerned team when required
✅ Requirements
- Good communication skills in Hindi & English
- Basic knowledge of computers and internet
- Good listening and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate with customers professionally
- Basic knowledge of Websites / WordPress / Software will be an advantage
- Good follow-up and time-management skills
- Fresher and experienced candidates can apply
- Customer support or sales experience will be an added advantage
